PAYMENT INFORMATIONS


As soon as we recieve your payment we will ship your order. You can choose to pay by credit card (VISA, Mastercard or Maestro) via payment portal Besteron.


DELIVERY INFORMATION


If the ordered product is in stock, we will ship your order soon after recieving your payment. Orders are shipped on business days only. 

You will receive a notification in case the item is not in stock. We will contact you and provide information about the delivery shortly.

Once your order has been shipped we will send you a shipping confirmation email.

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs inspection and/or customs fees and duties. Noili is not responsible for these actions or reimbursement of any customs fees or taxes. The international recipient is responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges. Refused packages will not be refunded. 



RETURNING AN ITEM


We would like to make returning items as convenient as possible. You can return the item within 14 days of delivery. The goods must be in their original condition, unopened and unused and include all parts, accessories and packaging. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our address. Please make sure to package your return to prevent any damage to the items. We will refund the original form of payment soon after receiving your return. Send the item that you wish to return (include the invoice) to the address Silke s.r.o., Velehradská 930/30, 821 08 Bratislava, Slovakia. Item must be sent via registred mail. All the costs are covered by the customer.


In case the package arrives visibly damaged, or the protective tape is damaged, claim the refund from the carrier. We are not responsible for any damage during transport.


If the item is faulty and the faul is not caused by improper storage, or use, send us an email info@noilibeauty.com and send the item back to the address (include the invoice). If we consider the claim as justified, we will refund the payment and cover the cost of returning the item. We will send the money to your bank account (please send us your bank account details via email).


EXPIRY DATE


The shelf life of expedited products is always at least 3 months before the expiry date.

The expiry date is denoted at the box.


PRIVACY POLICY


Personal Data provided are processed in accordance with Act No 122/2013 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data. The Seller shall also inform the Buyer that it will process Personal Data through a courier service, or provide the personal information to state authorities for control purposes.

The Buyer provides following information to the Seller:

1. The Buyer is a natural person: title, name, email address, permanent address or other delivery address, telephone number

2. The Buyer is a legal person: company name, billing address, company registration number, Tax ID, telephone number, email address

Provided personal data are processed in order to process the order in a correct manner. All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by the Seller as responsible for the personal information.

The Buyer can express its consent with the processing of its Personal Data during or after registration in accordance with Section 11 (1) of the Act on Protection of Personal Data for the purposes of marketing communications and sales support, especially for sending information about new goods (products), discounts, promotions and other activities of the Seller.

The Buyer grants consent to the processing of Personal Data for an indefinite period and the Buyer may revoke the consent at any time in writing by sending a notice to the address of the Seller, unless the Act on the Protection of Personal Data provides otherwise. The Seller will delete the personal data from the e-shop database.


FINAL PROVISIONS


These Terms & Conditions apply for specific contracts of sale, stated at the website of e-shop on the date of getting the order from the buying customer. These conditions became effective on the 1st of March 2017. Silke Ltd. reserves the rights to change the Terms & Conditions.
