Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!

When it comes to skin care, there's nothing more important than properly hydrating your skin. Really! Not just us, but all the experts say so, and not only in the summer. Hydrated skin looks more youthful and fresh and is more resistant to various external and internal influences. We do not want you to be almost a chemical engineer and know the inci of every product, that's what we are here for. However, we do have a few simple tips on how to properly moisturize your body, hair and skin:

1. Drink plenty of water.

Without compromise or flavor enhancers. Water is the basic building block in the cells of the human body. In an adult, it makes up about 45-65% of the body, of which the larger part is inside the cells and the smaller part is outside the cells. Without water we would not survive a single day, as it is involved in many vital processes. The right amount of water is also very important. Too little is bad, too much is also bad.



2. Eat a healthy diet.

There are many ways to do this, but in the summer, treat yourself to all the bounty that nature gives us. Fruits, vegetables, all the herbs, sprouts, just grab them! Then even the barbecue will taste better and not just be an unhealthy treat.


3. Get moving.

Choose an exercise that you enjoy. Dumbbells at the gym, Zumba, dancing, biking, running, long walks, gardening, swimming in the ocean - all great YES and all better than sitting on your butt. We guarantee you will feel better when working out and your eating habits will improve as well.  This works.
